Peaches with amaretti and chocolate

INGREDIENTS
3 peaches
150 g crushed amaretti biscuits
80 g dark chocolate
½ spoonful powdered cinnamon ½ spoonful sugar zucchero
½ glass of white wine

PREPARATION
Wash the peaches and cut them in half, removing the stone and cleaning out the cavity. Put the crumbled amaretti in a bowl with the shaved chocolate, the sugar, and the cinnamon; blend well and fill the centre of each peach. Place the peach halves in a small, slightly buttered baking pan with the white wine. Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with added caramel sauce.
