Buon appetito! This is easy to say if you’re serving a chocolate dessert. The “food of the gods” inspires various interpretations and elaborations to satisfy the creativity of those who choose use it to enhance their cooking. This is the case of the first three recipes that we present in this section: These are the winners of the Cioccolatorta Chocolate Bake Off, the sweetest competition in Italy that was the winning event of CioccolaTÒ 2005.
