Pfatisch

Pfatisch is a refined locale dating back to the 1920’s and located under the porticos not far from the Porta Nuova railroad station.

Here you will find all the tasty tidbits that are so dear to the Piedmontese tradition: in addition to Gianduiotti in classic, praline, and coffee versions, you can also sample botticelle filled with chocolate made with Barbera Chinato, Diamanti Arriba, so called because they are diamond shaped with chips of Ariba cocoa, as well as a rich variety of pralines: with cremini of chocolate walnuts, chocolates with orange and citron filling, ivy leaves filled with mint.

Also worthy of mention are the quadrotti di cioccolato – chocolate squares with almonds, pine nuts, hazelnuts, etc… and dried fruit like mango, papaya, apricots, and bananas.
