Pernigotti

Founded in 1936, today this firm is part of the Averna group. Pernigotti boasts a wide variety of products: from Gianduiotti – in traditional, dark chocolate, almond, and sugar free versions – to nougats, to pepitas: tidbits of soft Gianduia with a whole-hazelnut centre.

Luna and Sole (Moon and Sun) chocolates are particularly fine, with fillings of truffle or bits of hazelnut. Finally, the cherubini: soft nougat made of almond, pistachios, orange blossom honey, and chocolate.
