Un Mondo di Cioccolato di Mellano

Renato Mellano’s Mondo di Cioccolato – or “World of Chocolate” - is located in Val Varaita and brimming with traditional specialities and innovative tidbits created by this brilliant chocolate chef.

In addition to the classic cuneesi al rum, Mellano proposes truffles, salame di Cuneo, tomino, agnolotti, gnocchi made of chocolate, and Sarvanot (which in Occitan means woodland elves).

Mellano also produces sculptures and tools made of dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa.
