Grandazzi, l’Officina del Cioccolato
Come by and take in the atmosphere of this cosy artisan workship, which is situated in a small courtyard and has been operative since 1924, A true chocolate workshop: even the tools are made of chocolate, born of the creative talents of the current owners.
The specialities of the Pasticceria Grandazzi include the Piode dell’Ossola, little cubes that recall the stones of this valley, with white, milk, and dark chocolate blended with Piedmontese hazelnuts and honey.
One of their newest creations? The “tavolettere”: bars of chocolate packaged in envelopes with an enclosed poem (written and selected by the customer).
