Here, for more than 40 years, Gianni Gertosio has been producing his delicacies by hand: more than 35 types to choose from among chocolates, crèmes, pralines, all rigorously handmade of selected cru cocoa.

From Gertosio you can also order spicy bars, the special hazelnut cream made with chocolate and hazelnuts from the Langhe, and the Gianduiotto produced exclusively by extrusion. Don’t miss the Torta Sabauda: Gianduia frosting with hazelnuts, honey, and sugar served in a specially designed gift box.
