The Chocolate Roads

The Chocolate Roads never end… but they all lead to CioccolaTÒ. The public will be able to make a round trip, discovering the secrets behind scrumptious chocolate bars and chocolates. A voyage that begins in the Cocoa Plantation, a special interactive museum in Piazza San Carlo, organized by Icam and by master confectioner Silvio Bessone, to illustrate cocoa production from the harvesting of the beans to the processing and finishing touches. The voyage continues in the Chocolate Factory and the Artisan Workshop, both courtesy of the Confartigianato, Epat and Confesercenti. This is the testimony of a job well done, of the passion, tradition, and professionalism that lend form and substance to sweetness.
